Pinecrest Residence
One service call became a long-term technology partnership.
What began as troubleshooting an unreliable Control4 system evolved into a complete smart home transformation — with AntonyTech now designing, expanding, and supporting the property’s integrated technology ecosystem.
A long-term technology partnership, one phase at a time.
This project didn’t start as new construction or a planned overhaul — it started with a phone call about a Control4 automation system that wasn’t performing the way the client needed. That single fix became the foundation for a much larger, ongoing engagement, with AntonyTech working through the property in phases — each one building on the last.
Years of added technology had created a home that was connected — but no longer consistently reliable.
System Reliability
Existing automation had become inconsistent and required stabilization.
Network Foundation
The network needed a stronger foundation to reliably support the home’s connected systems.
Long-Term Scalability
Future upgrades needed a unified technology strategy instead of more isolated additions.
The homeowner had invested in several technology systems over time, but reliability had become an issue. Automation wasn’t consistent, networking needed improvement, and future upgrades lacked a clear technology strategy. Rather than replacing everything at once, the client needed a trusted partner who could stabilize the existing system while planning for long-term improvements.
The problem wasn’t one system.
It was how every system worked together.
Stabilize what was there.
Then build forward.
AntonyTech first stabilized the existing Control4 platform, then developed a long-term modernization plan around the home’s infrastructure and future needs. Improvements were completed in phases, strengthening the network foundation, bringing previously separate systems into a more cohesive environment, and creating room for continued expansion. AntonyTech continues to design, expand, and support the property as the home’s technology evolves.
Improve what matters.
Preserve what works.
Build for what comes next.
Rather than replacing everything at once, AntonyTech created a phased modernization strategy around the home’s existing infrastructure and future needs.
Stabilize
Restore reliability to the existing automation.
Strengthen
Build the network foundation.
Integrate
Bring independent systems together.
Expand
Add new capabilities as needs evolve.
Support
Maintain and evolve the system long-term.
The goal wasn’t more technology.
It was technology that worked better together.

One interface. Multiple systems.
A home that simply works.
Technology designed to disappear into the home.
A home that works today — with a technology foundation ready for what comes next.
What began as a service call became an ongoing technology partnership. Instead of a patchwork of separate systems, the home now operates on a connected foundation designed to support what is installed today — and what comes next.

A stable foundation.
Existing technology stabilized and the infrastructure strengthened for long-term performance.
One connected experience.
Automation, network, security, AV, lighting and access working together instead of independently.
Built for what comes next.
A technology foundation designed to expand, evolve and remain supportable over time.
